These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including but not limited to the recruitment, management, and consultation services we provide for OnlyFans creators (“Talent”, “you”, “your”). By signing up with Bunny Agency Japan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To work with Bunny Agency Japan, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country of residence).

• Have the legal right to engage in online content creation and monetization.

• Provide valid identification for verification purposes.

• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding adult content creation and distribution.

2. Our Services

Bunny Agency Japan provides the following services:

• Account Setup & Optimization: Assisting with branding, profile setup, and strategic positioning on OnlyFans.

• Marketing & Promotion: Running promotional campaigns, social media growth, and audience engagement.

• Content Strategy: Providing guidance on content creation, scheduling, and monetization techniques.

• Subscriber Management: Handling customer support, subscriber interactions, and sales techniques to maximize earnings.

• Financial Management: Assistance with revenue tracking, payment processing, and earnings optimization.

• Legal & Compliance Support: Advising on copyright protection, content security, and regulatory compliance.

3. Compensation & Revenue Sharing

• Revenue Split: Earnings generated through OnlyFans are shared as per the agreement between the Talent and Bunny Agency Japan. The standard agency commission will be outlined in a separate contract.

• Payment Schedule: Payouts are made on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the agreed terms.

• Deductions: Any third-party fees (e.g., payment processors, platform fees) will be deducted before final payout.

4. Talent Responsibilities

By working with Bunny Agency Japan, you agree to:

• Follow the content strategy and posting schedule set by the agency.

• Maintain professionalism and comply with community guidelines of OnlyFans.

• Refrain from engaging in fraudulent activities, including chargebacks or deceptive practices.

• Respect confidentiality agreements and refrain from disclosing sensitive business information.

• Provide necessary access to OnlyFans accounts for content management and promotional purposes.

5. Termination

Bunny Agency Japan reserves the right to terminate this agreement under the following conditions:

• Violation of OnlyFans’ terms of service or any applicable law.

• Breach of contract, including failure to provide required content or misrepresentation of identity.

• Unprofessional behavior that negatively impacts the reputation of the agency.

• Non-payment of fees or revenue-sharing obligations (if applicable).

Talent may also terminate this agreement with [Insert Notice Period, e.g., 30 Days] written notice. Any outstanding payments will be settled as per the terms of the contract.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• All business dealings, content strategies, and earnings information are strictly confidential.

• Bunny Agency Japan will not share your personal or financial data with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

• Content produced and managed under this agreement remains your intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

• Bunny Agency Japan does not guarantee a specific level of earnings or follower growth.

• We are not liable for any platform-related issues, account bans, or third-party payment failures.

• Talent assumes full responsibility for their content and interactions with subscribers.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation.

• If unresolved, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of Japan.

9. Amendments

Bunny Agency Japan reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Talent will be notified of any significant changes.

By joining Bunny Agency Japan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
